Domestic Shipping

  • We ship USPS First Class on all packages unless otherwise stated

International Shipping 

  • We are not responsible for international taxes and duties, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

Returns

How to Return  

 

  • If you are not happy with your item(s) or if they arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item, so we would be able to provide refunds for unworn jewelry pieces.

  • Personalized pieces, sale items and earrings unfortunately cannot be refunded, unless we have made a mistake with your order.

  • Buyer is responsible for the return shipment 

  • Original shipping fee will NOT be refunded. 

  • International orders - Due to Custom's Fee's we're not able to take returns on International orders.

  • In order to process a exchange/return we must receive items back in same condition as you received (unworn / no exceptions) 

 

 

Conditions of Return  

 Please be sure to package carefully

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

  • Items need to be mailed back to us within 7 days. After 7 days of receiving the item, all sales will be final. 

  • If a returned item gets lost in the mail, we won’t be responsible for the value of the lost item. To avoid any loss you can opt to insure the item when posting back to us.
